수원엔 황소곱창
여기는 곱창이 진짜 맛있다
대창도 물론 일품이긴했지만, 곱창이 정말 맛있다
늘 사람이 많은데는 그만한 이유가 있겠지

염통부터 먹기시작해서 곱창 먹으라하고 곧 대창까지 잘 익은 야채들과 함께 먹으면 정말 입안에서 풍미가 가득함을 느낄 수 있다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 초벌구이를 해서 나와 비교적 빨리 먹을 수 있다. 곱창을 구워주며 불쇼(?)를 해서 불맛을 입히고 비주얼도 예쁘게 가지런히 잘라준다. 고소하고 쫄깃한 곱창과 불판 가운데에 같이 굽는 부추, 김치, 양파와 함께 먹으면 맛있다. 볶음밥은 꼭 먹어보는 것이 좋겠다.
