 It is difficult to find an apartment with adequate accessibility, pleasant environment, and school facilities. Anyang is a great place to live in than Pyeongchon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 교통이 좋아서 편하나, 지하주차장에서 아파트로 바로 연결이 되지 않아 좀 불편해요.
It is convenient because it has good transportation, but it is a bit inconvenient because there is no direct connection from the underground parking lot to the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오래된 아파트이긴 하지만 역세권이라 교통은 정말 편합니다~
단 여기 관리사무소는 정말 일은 안하는거 같아요~엘리베이터가 고장이나서 기사님이 수리하고 있는데도~관리소장은 전혀 모르고~언제 고쳬지는것도 모르고~
장기수선 충당금은 거의 최고~이건 부녀회에서도 전혀 관여를 안하는게 뭔가 좀 의심스러움~
Although it is an old apartment, transportation is very convenient because it is near the station.
However, the management office here doesn't really seem to work~ The elevator broke down, and the driver is repairing it~ The manager doesn't know at all~ He doesn't even know when it's going to stop~
The allowance for long-term repair is almost the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An apartment complex located near Indeogwon station. Since, two more subway lines are expected to be built in the station, the apartment's future price is prominent. It's the only apartment that is in the walking distance of Indeogwon station. However, old facility and nearby atmosphere, which is full of bars and clubs, is a huge down side of the apartment.
