윤	윤고문인터넷방송국 (윤태섭) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인천광역시(시장 박남춘)는 지난 27일 인천시 우호도시인 러시아 상트페테르부르크 크론슈타트(Kronstadt)에서 ‘인천광장’ 개원식 행사가 열렸다고 밝혔다. 인천광장의 러시아식 명칭은 ‘인천 스크베르(도심에 있는 작은 공원)’라고 명명되었다. 현지 시간으로 27일 개최된 인천광장 개원식에는 러시아 해군 오케스트라 군악대 행진 속에 한국측으로는 인천시 대표단(단장 김상섭 본부장)과 권동석 주상트페테르부르크 총영사가 참여했고, 러시아에서는 마르코프(Markov) 상트페테르부르크 부시장과 그리고리예프(Grigoriev) 상트페테르부르크 대외관계위원장및 도브가뉴크(Dovganyuk) 크론슈타트 시장을 비롯한 상트시 주요인사와 해군장병 및 지역주민 200여명 등이 참석한 가운데 진행되었다. 인천시와 상트페테르부르크시와의 인연은 1904년 러일 전쟁당시 인천 앞바다에서 자폭한 러시아 전함 바리야크호 깃발 대여를 계기로 우호관계를 맺었으며, 상트페테르부르크시는 인천시가 지난 2011년 중구 연안부두에 ‘상트페트르부르크 광장’을 조성한데 대한 답례로, 크론슈타트에 ‘인천광장’을 조성하였고, 향후 이와는 별도로 ‘인천공원’을 시내에서 벗어난 외곽에 한국의 문화와 전통을 알릴 수 있는 여러 건축물들과 함께 조성할 예정이라고 밝혔다. 김상섭 일자리경제본부장은 “이번 인천광장 개원으로 양 도시 간 신뢰관계를 돈독히 하고 우호교류도 더욱 활발해지는 계기가 될 것”이라고 말했다.
