다른 봉추찜닭보다 쪼끔 싱거운 감이 있는데,
전 오히려 좋네요 !! ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 봉추찜닭 브랜드의 찜닭을 좋아한다. 여러 지점을 방문해보곤 하는데, 같은 사이즈의 찜닭을 시켜도 닭과 야채의 비율, 당면의 양, 국물의 간, 누룽지밥의 가능유무 등 조금씩 다른게 아쉬웠다. 그래서 대학로 초창기 봉추찜닭과 맛이 거의 비슷했던 구리 돌다리 곱창골목에 있던 봉추찜닭을 좋아했었는데, 상호가 바뀌고 느낌이 달라져서 아쉬웠다. 새로 오픈한 인창점 봉추찜닭은 이런 기본을 잘 지키는 것 같다. 중자의 양도 적당했고, 간도 먹기 좋았다. 아쉬운건 동치미의 간이 너무 셌다는거 정도? 아쉽게 순살은 매진이라 못먹어봤지만, 누룽지밥도 가능했고 훌륭했다. 다시 방문할일이 있을것 같다.

So, in the early days of Daehakro, I liked the Bonjujjim chicken in Gurichang Alley, which had almost the same taste as the Buchujjim Chicken. The newly opened Inchang store Bongchujjim chicken seems to keep this basic well. The amount of the middle was moderate, and the liver was good to eat. Unfortunately, Dongchimi's liver is so hot? Unfortunately, I didn't eat Shunsal because it was sold out. I think I'll have to visit again.
