주의 할 점은 비위 약하시면 힘드실 꺼 같습니다. 냄새가 납니다 ㅜ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 곱창전골에 볶음밥 아차 모듬순대도 먹었네요^^전체적으로 괜찮았는데 개인적으로 저는 쫄깃한 곱창이 좋은데 여긴 곱창이 부드럽게 씹혀요^^ 깍두기를 두접시를 먹고 나왔네요ㅋㅋ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 역사가 오랜되어 보이는 대전 인동에 있는 광천순대에서 순대국밥을 먹었어요. 찹쌀순대에 익숙해져 있어서 그런지 토종순대국은 약간 새로운 맛이었습니다.
I ate sundae soup at Gwangcheon Sundae in In-dong, Daejeon, where the history seems to be long. Because I was used to glutinous rice sundae, the native sundae soup was a bit new.

일단 오래된 노포같은 분위기이고, 실제로도 오랜 추억을 가진 식당입니다. 다만 추억이 없는 사람이 가기에는 그냥 별다른 장점이 없는 오래된 식당임은 분명합니다. 가격은 저렴하고, 맛도 평범 합니다. 곱창 전골은 가격대비 곱창의 양이 많이 들었습니다.
음식을 먹는동안도 젊은사람부터 연세가 있는 어른들까지 지역 사람들이 많이 오가는 로컬맛집입니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 막창순대는 아니지만 젊은 남자사장님과 모친 되시는 분 인듯 하신데 일단 사장님 순대부심이 상당히 있으신거 같습니다.
담백한 국물이고 끓여서 나오는 뚝배기,
머릿고기와 내장을 섞어서 주문한 순대안주에서 찰진 쫀득함의 머릿고기를 맛보았네요.
식자재관리가 상당히 청결하고 돼지고기 질이 좋습니다.
다음엔 막창볶음 한번 먹어보고싶네요.
특이하게 점심식사로 닭계장도 있습니다.
