★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 봉평면에 놀러왔으니 메밀 음식 먹고 가야죠~
이것저것 먹고 싶어서 메밀 물국수, 메밀 전병, 타타리수육(작은 것) 주문 했어요.
물국수는 슴슴하고 먹는 내내 시원해서 맛나게 먹었어요.
전병도 쫄깃하고 두가지 맛을 맛볼수 있어 좋았어요~
수육은 부들부들하고 같이 나온 명태회무침과 얹어서 먹으니 꿀맛.
다음에 또 와도 좋겠다 생각했어요!
 I came to Bongpyeong-myeon to play, so let's go eat buckwheat food~
I wanted to eat this and that, so I ordered buckwheat noodles, buckwheat pancakes, and Tatari beef (small ones).
The water noodles were soft and refreshing the whole time I ate them, so it was delicious.
The jeonbyeong was chewy and it was nice to be able to taste two flavors~
The beef broth is soft and delicious when eaten with pollack sashimi that came with it.
I thought it would be nice to come again next time!

이곳 메밀꽃향기에 가면 메밀묵이 있다
마치 푸아그라마냥 입에서 살살녹는다
도토리묵같은 식감생각하지 마라
메밀향도 좋게 난다
다만 아쉬웠던건 온묵밥이었으면 좋겠다는거
길고양이도 봐주시고 사장님 마음씨가 고우시다 이런집이 음식에 정성이 담기는거 같다
강원도로 스키만 타러가지말고 이런거 먹으러 가보자 강원도가 다르게 느껴질것이다

물국수랑 비빔 국수로요
심심한 맛이 이전까지 먹어본 막국수 중 제일 심심하더라구요
나이 들었나? 평양 냉면 좋아하는 분들 이해 못 했는데,
왠지 이제 그쪽으로 가고 있는 듯한 느낌 오늘 받네요

국수 양 엄청 많고 , 양념도 짜지 않아 딱 좋아요.
메밀묵 시키면 같이 곁들여 먹을 명태회무침,나물, 메밀싹, 그리고 타타리 메밀가루가 나오는데. 이들의 조합이 참 좋아요. 특히 메밀가루!!!식감이 너무 좋음. 심심할 수 있는 메밀묵 식감을 살려줘요.
