이	이충오 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 심경석님, 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송합니다. 신세계치과 이충오 원장입니다. 저희 신세계치과는 물건을 떼 와서 파는 상점이 아니라, 의료업 특성상 "사람"이 "사람"에게 치료 행위를 하게 되는 공간입니다. 그렇기에 무엇보다도 치료받으시는 분과 치료를 하는 저희가 "교감"이 되어야 하는데, 이런 부분이 부족했던 것 같습니다. 제가 전해듣기로는 내원 첫 날부터 설명을 하는 저희 직원에게 하대를 하시어 해당 직원은 스트레스를 받고, 상담 후 데스크에서도 반말을 하면서 말씀하셨다 전해 들었습니다. 그 때문인지 그 다음 진료차 내원하셨을 때에도 직원들이 서로 어시스트를 피하려고 해서 저도 애를 많이 먹었던 기억이 납니다. 신세계치과 내부 회의에서도 이 부분에 대한 이야기가 나왔고, 고민고민하다가 마지막 내원 하셨던 날 제가 이 부분에 대해 말씀 드렸을 때에도 "나보다 어린 실장한테 왜 내가 높임말을 써야 되냐"고 하셨던 기억이 납니다. 심경석님의 현재 상태로 미루어 보아 치료는 최소 6개월 이상, 앞으로의 관리까지 생각하면 수 년간 얼굴을 봐야하는 사이인데, 본격적인 치료 전부터 감정이 상하여 그 이상 치료를 진행하면 모두가 더 힘들어지겠다는 판단으로 타 치과 방문을 권유드렸습니다. 저희의 부족함으로 불편감과 불쾌감을 끼쳐드려 다시 한번 사과드리겠습니다. 진심으로 죄송합니다. 내원하시는 분들의 구강건강을 위해 최대한 친절히 설명드리고, 과잉진료 하지 않도록 앞으로도 더욱 노력하는 신세계치과가 되라는 따끔한 일침으로 받아들이고 더욱 열심히 하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
