★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아직 상권이 들어서지 않았지만 영화관도 있고 음식점, 편의점 등 시설이 많이 생겼어요. 회사 사무실이 대부분인 건물입니다.
Although the commercial district has not yet opened, there are movie theaters, restaurants, convenience stores, and many other facilities. This is the building where most of the company offices are located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 새 건물에 넓은 공간 구성이 좋아요. 코로나19와 주변 경기 사정이 좋지 않아 활성화에 시간이 좀 걸리는 것 같아 안타깝네요.
I like the spacious layout of the new building. It is regrettable that it may take some time to activate due to the COVID-19 and the unfavorable circumstances of the surrounding economy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 새 건물에 아직 찾는 사람이 많지 않아서 넓고 좋아요. 다만 주차장 입출입 쪽이 각도가 좀 그래서 운전 익숙하지 않은 분들은 조금 힘들수도 있겠다 싶어요.
It's spacious and nice because there aren't many people looking for the new building yet. However, the entrance and exit of the parking lot are at a slightly different angle, so I think it might be a little difficult for those who are not used to driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아직은 상가 입점이 많이 않되 있지마 프랭크버거 맛있고 cgv영화관 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋네요. B동 일층 와인바도(샵)굿!!
There aren't many stores in shopping malls yet, but the Frank Burger is delicious and the cgv movie theater is clean and quiet. Bldg. 1st floor wine bar (shop) is good!!
