★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1점도 주고싶지 않습니다. 몸이 불편하신 할머니께서 입출금 통장을 필요로 해서 은행에 찾아갔는데 '요새는 아무나 통장을 만들어주지 않는다'더군요. (단발머리 대리) 할머니가 사정사정을 하시는데 너무하더군요. 외국생활을 하고 들어왔는데 한국의 수준에 대해 다시 생각하게 만드는 사건이었습니다. 은행원의 고객응대 교육지침에 대해서 다시한번 되새겨보셔야할것같습니다. 이 세상 어느나라에서도 장애인. 노인을 차별하는 사람이 정상으로 보이진 않을 것입니다. 제 평생동안 절대 거래하지 않을것이고 그 누구에게도 추천하지 않겠습니다.
