★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Service was impeccable. Rooms were clean. It was close to a lot of markets, buses, and train stations. Our only complaint - and it was very important to me and my family - was how bad the Wi-Fi was. If you will need Wi-Fi during your stay, you may want to reconsider staying at this hotel. I had to go to a coffee shop for that one time I had to do some work because I can't depend on this hotel's Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is not in your priorities when you travel, treat my review as a four-star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very nice , a bit noisy in the room room was nice front desk nice and helpful I give five stars to the front desk able to speak English. Also with in walking distance to Eateries and transportation. GS2 store next door as well.

Location is great. 24hrs convenience store just next to the hotel. Cross the road and you will be at the Myeongdong shopping street.
Hotel service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff were fast and nice. The hotel was able to hold my luggage for me until check in. I found the rooms to be very clean and with all of the basic amenities. The rooftop bar has a nice atmosphere and selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was very lovely thanks to the amazing staff who always took care of me and helped me with anything I asked! The front desk manager was even as kind as to help me get a taxi and brought me an umbrella in the rain. Her English was amazing and the others at the front desk even taught me some Korean words! The hotel was clean, the location was great but most of all, it was the front desk staff that made my stay amazing! I cant wait to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very helpful, he helped me to search and call shoe shops when my boots broke.
Room was comfortable especially the bathroom and toilet are separated and dry.
One thing that is too bad is that the nearest station was in renovation thus there were only stairs and I had to carried my largest size luggage up the stairs
