★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "premium" means pricey. A nice place to walk around. A variety of shops. Plenty to buy if you don't mind overpriced items, but then maybe I'm cheap. Food shops and a theater. Pretty much all you could want in a smallish mall. It even still has that"new mall" feel. It can be rather crowded on weekends.
