동향이라 조금 아쉽지만요.
가끔 아파트 안내방송에서 중요한 공지가 아닌 쓸 데 없는 광고 같은 걸 하는 단점이 있습니다.
관리소는 업무를 잘 봐주십니다.
낮이고 밤이고 주차 스티커를 붙이니, 손님이 오신다면 낮시감 잠시 방문이라도 꼭 방문증을 받아야 합니다.
너무한 점은 운전석에 강력스티커를 붙이기도 한다는 점입니다.
처음 걸리면 조수석에 붙이고, 그러고도 ㅇㅇ시간 이내에 안 빼면 운전석에도 붙인다는 게 규칙이라도 쓰인 걸 경비실에서 봤는데, 바로 운전석에 붙이는 경우도 많이 봤습니다. 안전에 위협이 됩니다.
오래된 아파트지만 살기 좋습니다.
하지만 어쩔 수 없이 샷시로 인한 소음이나 바람 등은 생각해야 합니다.
