★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 토요일 12시쯤 와이프하고 매장을 들렀는데 남자사장인지 직원인지 모르겠으나키가 180은 넘어보이는 사람이었음 사이즈를 110사이즈 있냐고 물어보니 매장에 걸려있는 옷을 입어보라함 작아서 사이즈를 물어보니 100이라고 함 속으로 110이야기한사람보고 100을입어보라고 주는 것도
이상한거지만 일단 얼굴에 귀차니즘이 가득 처음에 매장에 들어서는데
인사도 안하고 집사람도 하는말이 옷팔기 싫은 성의없어 보이는게
느껴진다고 함 다른디자인으로 색상이 달라도 상관없으니
큰사이즈없냐고 물어보니 매장에 없다고함 구해줄수는 있다고 하는데
집에서 거리도 있고 해서 다음에 시내쪽으로 가기로 맘먹고 그냥나옴
결론 구매자입장에서 성의없는태도 귀찮아하는게 팍팍느껴짐
나만그런게아니라 집사람도 그렇게 느꼈다고 하니 장사하기싫은가
손님에게 인사하라는법도 없거니와 간쓸개 빼주라는 말이 아님
기본적으로 옷을 보러온 손님에게 구매를 도와주는 최소한의 서비스
마인드가 결여되어있다는 느낌 참고하시길
