개운, 시원, 깔끔.
새우젓과 청양고추를 취향대로 넣을 수 있는 것도 좋아요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 착한 가격에 깔끔한 콩나물국밥의 맛과 조연으로서의 역할을 충실히 다 하는 밑반찬과 감칠맛으로 결정타를 치는 돌김의 조합은 별 것 아닌 것처럼 보여도 완벽한 밸런스를 보여준다. 그냥 사는 밑반찬으론 이런 밸런스가 깨지기 쉬운데 마치 약속이라도 한 것처럼 완벽한 하모니에 사장님께 혹시 직접 만드시냐고 여쭤봤더니 아니나 다를까 김치와 깍두기는 직접 만든다고 하시고 메실 장아찌와 오징어 젓갈은 사온 다음 다시 양념하신다고 한다. 웬만한 식당에서는 밑반찬을 거의 안 먹는 내가 엄청 맛있다고 하니 맛있게 드셔주시면 그걸로 감사하다는 사장님의 말씀에 마음까지 뜨뜻해지며 믿음이 갔다. 고향을 떠나 다시 대학의 원룸으로 가는 쌀쌀한 가을 아침. 잠을 잘 못 자서 피곤한 몸도 거뜬히 힘이 나게 해주는 따뜻한 집이었다.
