★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a good, no-frills spot to have a drink and enjoy something tasty. It's a mixed crowd, some couples, some friend groups, usually older folks, but thankfully not all ahjussis (my one requirement for our date-night dining is that it not be an ahjussi joint full of old drunk guys arguing).
Service is pretty quick, and the free appetizer is a little cabbage salad with ketchup and mayo on it, plus some chicken-mu (pickled radish) to chomp on.
The food has always been of ample proportions for hubs and I to share, and generally the place is pretty comfortable.
My one complaint, like many places here, is that they don't heat it very well in the winter so you'll probably be sat there in your puffy coat trying not to dip a sleeve in whatever dish you're enjoying.
