★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대구 출장길에 추천으로 방문한 조조칼국수는 가게앞에 주차4대 가능하고 조금 더 안으로 들어가면 전용주차장이 있는데 6대 정도 더 주차가능하고 주차관리하시는 분도 계십니다.
웨이팅은 항상 있는 것 같아요. 평일 점심시간이 조금 지난 시점인데도 6팀정도 앞에 있네요.
20분 정도 기다리니 제 차례가 왔어요.
밖에서 기다리면 적어놓은 전화번호로 전화를 해줘요. 그러면 안에서 테이블 정리하리 동안 기다립니다.
본론으로 칼국수와 파전을 주문했어요.
칼국수는 맑은 육수에 청량고추와 동죽으로 시원하고 얼큰한 맛을 내고요. 면에 의한 걸죽함이 없어서 좋았어요. 집에 있는 가족들을 위해서 포장도 했는데 가기 10분전에 포장주문하라고 했어요.
파전은 해물한가득 올라가서 맛이 좋았는데
먹고 나서 돌아가는 길에 기름 느끼함이 좀 있어요.
2명 방문시 칼국수 하나 파전하나 드셔도 좋을 것 같아요.
 Jojo Kalguksu, which I visited as a recommendation on a business trip to Daegu, can park 4 cars in front of the store, and if you go a little further inside, there is a dedicated parking lot.
Waiting seems to be always there. Even though it's a little past lunchtime on a weekday, there are about 6 teams in front.
After waiting for 20 minutes, it was my turn.
If you wait outside, call the number you wrote down. Then we wait inside while we clean up the table.
As a main course, I ordered kalguksu and pajeon.
Kalguksu has a refreshing and spicy taste with fresh red pepper and porridge in a clear broth. I liked that there was no thickness caused by the cotton. I also packed for my family at home, and they told me to order 10 minutes before going.
The pajeon was delicious with a lot of seafood.
There is a feeling of oil on the way home after eating.
I think it would be good to have one kalguksu and one pajeon when two people visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite its smaller portioned 칼국수 noodles, taste-wise, this establishment is within my top 5 choices for 칼국수 noodles on the peninsula. The generous offerings of clams were cooked at the perfect temperature. Also, the octopus pancake was amazingly well executed with the right amount of soft and crispy textures complementing every bite. Peppered with squid and shrimp, every bite reminded me of why I love this country's cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a must go place if you like noodle. Jojo kalgooksu is the best I've ever had. Soup tastes fantastic and the noodle is just right. The only downside can be the location. Since it's located in a residential area, parking is a bit tight. I also recommend Haemulpajeon. Korean stule seafood pizza. Price is reasonable and the staffs are okay. It's usually crowded so you'd better avoid busy hour.
