A	Ana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would love to visit one day. Thank you to all the staff and manager(s) at Hybe, I appreciate all you have done for all the groups in the building. I am great full for the entertainment groups but also the staff, that is patient and takes care of them, thank you!!
A	Alexis DeWitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t like most of the army comments that have never came here, I’m not BTS fan and i will give review based on my experience there as not fan foreigner Positive AR game kind of funny Big place where you will take 1-2 hrs but they rush you because literally they count your time The extra money for the card worth, is nice Nice screens and effects (technology) Negative The narrator is korean, instructions korean, almost everything korean, so, if you don’t speak korean it’s difficult to enjoy. Lack of content everywhere including the store (+super expensive and bad quality items at the store) I think the entrance ticket is too expensive for the content they share. Pictures not allowed on first floor.
S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees only speak at / to you in Korean so if you’re a foreigner, you’re left scratching your head wondering what they are trying to get you to do or what they’re trying to describe. This is unsafe and problematic, given that everyone has to move together between exhibition halls. Baffling, given the profiles of the consumers of HYBE content and given the fact that ticket booking is available in English. The group I visited with was comprised of at least 1/2 foreigners, so this caused a lot of confusion. You are effectively stuck in each section until the staff announces that it’s time to move on. As someone who understands both Korean and English, I ended up translating for other guests who were confused. You can’t pander to the wallets of foreigners and then make the experience inaccessible to foreigners. Saw the staff going after anyone who was attending alone to make sure they deleted videos, while they left larger groups who were blatantly taking videos alone. Not allowing video footage is understandable. Creating a situation where anyone who attends alone or in a pair feel less welcome is ridiculous. Given the value of the ticket, it was overall extremely disappointing. I’m a fan of the artists but can not recommend this experience to anyone.
M	Markus Altenhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting concept for a museum. Unfortunately they wasted a lot of potential. Don't get me wrong, the content itself and the interactive parts are interesting, but that's it. The shop is utterly disappointing. No chance to buy a lightstick, shirts or other favourite artist merch. The AR game was... let's say... no fun at all. The staff is really friendly and helpful! Would visit again, if Hybe would consider some upgrades in terms of fan service and maybe open a fan cafe.
P	PremiumDumplin' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved all of the exhibits! I thought the price was good too. My only gripe is there weren't many photo spots outside of the 2nd floor and some of the rooms felt quite empty. Hopefully they can beef it up soon ~☆
A	A W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More for music lovers than BTS fans. The museum does a deep dive into how HYBE makes music and the artistry behind it. The exhibit was filled with tech equipment, and you could even break down the songs to see how it all came together.
A	Anna Nein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful museum for every fan but also every music enthusiast. It offers many high quality experiences and tells you the story of Hybes vision of music. I recommend bringing headphones to connect to the audio guide spoken by your favorite artists. ?
