★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 멀건 국이 아니라 진득하게 국물을 고아낸듯한 맛입니다. 기존 시래기보다 덜절인거 같아 식감도 아주 좋구요. 간도 딱입니다. 정말 ㅊㅊ 합니다!
 It's not a soup, it tastes like the soup has been carefully crafted. The texture is very good as it is less pickled than the existing siraegi. The liver is also perfect. I really do!
