정	정은수 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한울 원장님 예약 후 방문하였습니다. 원장님 본인이 추구하는 스타일이 있는 것은 알겠습니다만 제가 요청한 부분이 있는데 무시하는(?) 어투로 안된다고 하시고 추천해달라고 했더니 선택은 본인이 하는 것이라고 말씀하시고,,, 이후 산하 디자이너 분이 잘못을 했으면 나중에 따로 불러서 말하거나 조곤조곤 말하면 될 것을 굳이 제 앞에서 화내고 비꼬는? 투로 말씀을 하시니 앉은 자리가 불편했습니다. 펌을 하는데 디자이너 분이 롤을 잘못 말았는지 수십 번 잡아당겨 표정도 굳고 아프다고 하니 죄송하다는 말 한마디도 없고 옆에서 원장님은 아프시죠? 그래도 컬은 잘 나왔어요라고 웃으면서 말씀하시는데 컬 잘 나오면 머리 다 쥐어뜯겨도 괜찮나 봅니다. 제돈 주고 스트레스만 잔뜩 받아왔네요; 역대급 최악의 미용실입니 Director Hanul visited after booking. J	JJ J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 비추. 펌 유명한 ㅎㅇ 원장님 예약해서 방문. 머리카락 손상정도가 심하다고 시술 받지 못했고 예약금 환불X. 사전에 머리카락이 많이 상했다고 예약시 이야기 했지만, 예약금 환불에 대한 안내는 못들음. 후 여기까진 백번 양보. 예약 11시에 했지만 11:30에 샴푸하더니 A4용지 상담카드에 한 질문 5개 받고는 머릿결 상태 보더니 안된다고. 적고보니 그닥 큰 이상은 없어보이는데, 시술 안된다고 하던 그 말투와, 탈색 한적 없는 머리인데.. 탈색 안하면 이런칼라가 나올 수 없다며 절레절레 하는 응대는 정말 별로였음. 머리를 1년은 기르기만 하랬나.. 참… 아무것도 안하면 머릿결이야 개선되겠지.. 그렇지만 그 방법이 손상모 케어 강조하는 헤어디자이너 입에서 나올 상담 내용이 맞는가? 원장의 하대하는듯한 응대법이 정말 기분이 너무 상했고, 화장실도 별로(특히 세면대쪽 먼지와 기름때가 잔뜩낀 디퓨저는 눈쌀이 찌푸려짐) 샴푸 공간도 다 개방되어있고 별로. 손상모 전문 자부심 갖지 마시길. 다른 샵 갈게요. rain.
