★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 羅州コムタンが名物のチェーン店。たまたま回基駅前の店に入り、写真が美味しそうだったのでカルビタンを頼みました。牛の骨付きカルビ肉がどっさり入ったスープです。ぐらぐら煮たった状態で運ばれて来ます。一本が大きいのでどうやって肉を骨から離すか悪戦苦闘していたら、見かねたフロアの人がトングと鋏で切り離すのだと教えてくれました。その後も何度か来て切る場所、大きさ迄丁寧に教えてくれました。味単体だと3＋ぐらいでしたが、親切な説明で美味しく食べられたので4にさせて頂きました。
翌日また行って、今度は店名でもアル羅州コムタンをたべました。こちらもまとまった味でしたが、カルビタン程のインパクトはありませんでした。
9/12３回目訪問しました。
辛いモツコムタンを頼みました。
モツも肉もしっかり入って満足でした。よい意味で癖の無い味です?
Naju Gomguk is a famous chain store. I happened to enter the store in front of Hoegi station, and the photo looked delicious, so I ordered Calbitan. A soup filled with beef rib meat. It is brought in a simmered state. One of them is big, so if I was struggling to get the meat away from the bones, the person on the floor I couldn't see told me that I would separate it with tongs and scissors. After that, he came and taught me the place and size to cut. The taste alone was about 3+, but I decided to set it to 4 because it was deliciously eaten with a kind explanation.
The next day, I went again and this time I ate Al Naju Gomguk by the name of the store. It tasted cohesive, but it didn't have as much impact as Calbitan.
9/12 I visited for the third time.
I ordered a spicy Motsukomutan.
I was satisfied with the offal and meat. In a good way, it tastes like no habit ?
