1. 모든 배달 업체 배달부는 여기만 오면 한대씩피고 감
다른아파트는 금연아파트라 담배 못태움
2. 1층에 마련되어있는 밴치,재떨이(재떨이는 누가 맨날 갖다 놓는지 새 깡통으로 바뀌어있음)
3. 1층에서 태우면 2층부터 타고올라가 창문 열어놓는 세대가 있으면 함께 향기로운 담배향 맡을 수 있음
(덕분에 창문은 맨날 닫아놓고 살고 있음)
4. 관리사무소는 이로인한 민원을 하루에도 몇건씩 받지만, 할 수 있는게 없다며 손놓고 있는 상황
두번째 단점 주차공간 협소
1. 오후 10시 이후 들어오면 차 댈곳이 없음.
2. 방법은 병렬주차지만 병렬주차시 바로 딱지붙음.

(Thanks to that, I live with the windows closed all the time)
4. The management office receives several complaints a day, but is letting go of it saying that there is nothing to do
Second disadvantage: narrow parking space
1. If you come in after 10pm, there is no place for a car.
2. The method is parallel parking, but when parking in parallel, it is immediately labeled.
