동탄2신도시 오리집이라는 뜻일까?뭐 암튼 오리가 갑자기 먹고싶어 동탄간김에 급하게 검색했는데 동투오리가 검색됨
양념하나 로스2개 시킴 양념을 추천하셨지만 로스를 더 많이 시킴
큰기대없었는데 풍성한야채와 딱봐도 좋아보이는 고기
특히 샐러드 쌈 양파 콩나물 등등 야채들이 신선했고
간이 자극적이지 않고 삼삼한게 진짜 요리 잘하는집?이라는 느낌이 들었다
나중에 들어보니 사장님은 일식?전문요리사?최근에 개인사정으로 문을 닫았다가 어제 부터인거 열었다고
로스도 좋았고 양념이 다른집과 다르게 좀 특이함
카레느낌인가 했는데 계피 등등이 들어갔다고 한다
볶음밥이 준비가 안되서 아쉬웠지만 담에또오는걸로
아 3명이서 38000원정도 나왔음 가격도 엄청 착함

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아무 생각 없이 동탄 지역 오리 구이 집을 검색하다가 들렀는데 의외의 맛집. 압구정동에서 일식집 30년 하시고 내려오셨다는 사장님의 음식에 대한 철학과 내공을 느낄 수 있음. 쌈장부터 시작해서 모든 소스를 직접 만드시는 듯. 음식이 다른 데와 다르게 덜 짜고 건강한 느낌임. 양도 푸짐하고, Set 메뉴를 시켜야만 먹을 수 있는 오리 백숙은 그야 말로 별미 중 별미.
I stopped by while searching for a roast duck restaurant in Dongtan area without thinking, but it was an unexpected restaurant. You can feel the philosophy and strength of the president's food, who has been down in Apgujeong-dong for 30 years. Starting with ssamjang, you seem to make all the sauces yourself. The food feels less salty and healthy unlike other places. Duck Baeksuk, which is abundant in quantity and can only be eaten by ordering a set menu, is a delicacy.
