 The whole family had a very delicious and wonderful dinner before watching Gukhyang Daejeon. Needless to say, I don't remember anything about Gukhyang Daejeon, only the food ~~♡

If it's close to home, it's a place I want to go to often. The fresh raw meat of Hampyeong Bibimbap and the clear soup with seonji is impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 함평읍에 있는 맛집으로 육회비빔밥을 주문하여 먹었는데 이집은 특이하게 비빔밥이 나오기 전에 맑은 선지국을 주었으며, 비빔밥에는 돼지비게를 조금 넣어 비비는것을 추천하였다. 맛도 좋았지만 서빙하는 분이 너무나도 상냥하였으며,식후 육회의 유혹을 뿌리치지 못하고 주문하여 먹었더니 한맛 감하였으나 육질 등이 훌륭하였다.
I ordered yukhoe bibimbap from a restaurant in Hampyeong-eup, and this restaurant gave me clear seonji-guk before bibimbap was served, and it was recommended to stir-fry the bibimbap with a little pork. The taste was good, but the person serving was very kind. After eating, I couldn't resist the temptation of yukhoe, so I ordered it and ate it.

선지국이 좋음 맨날 추가 시킴
손님 많긴 한데 회전율도 좋은 편이라 ㄱㅊ음 종업원 많고 친절함
비계 잔뜩 넣어서 비비는 편을 나는 좋아함
그냥 함 가봤으면 좋겠음
저는 할아버지 아빠 나 3대가 여기 생비만 먹어서 다른 곳을 안가봤어요

함평 비빔밥거리에 있는 식당인데 특이하게 돼지비계와 같이 비벼먹는 육회비빔밥집이네요!
한테이블이 나가고 친구랑 둘이 남아있네요@@/
특비빔밥을 주문하니 기본찬에 소고기선지국이 나오네요❤
사발에 떠서 마시니 몸에 열이 올라오네요^^
구수하면서 시원한 국물에 선지가 씹히니 식욕이 올라오네요!
주인공이 놋그릇에 담겨져나오니 더 대접받는 느낌이네요^^
친구와 비계를 반반씩 덜어서 양념장과 같이 넣고 젓가락으로 쓱쓱쓱 비비니 침이 고이네요@@/
개인적으로 돼지비계를 좋아해서 같이 먹어보니 더 고소한듯 합니다^^
그런데 돼지껍질이 같이 붙어있는 비계는 너무 질겨서@@/ ㅎㄷㄷ
드실때 보이시면 가차없이 버리시길~~~
참기름도 많이 들어가서 육회 본질의 맛이 많이 사라진듯 합니다!
제 생각으로는 좀 아쉬웠네요~
그래도 간만에 배부르게 맛나게 먹었네요!

I came to see a friend in Naju, then came to Baekbayu Beach (Duuri Beach) to watch the last sunset in 2021, and then went back to Naju for a late dinner.
It's a restaurant on Hampyeong Bibimbap Street, and it's a special pork sashimi bibimbap restaurant that is mixed with pork belly!
One table is gone and there are two of my friends left @@/
When I order the special bibimbap, the main dish comes with beef seonji soup❤
When I drink it from a bowl, my body heats up ^^
As the seonji is chewed in the cool soup while being savory, my appetite is rising!
It feels more like the main character is served in a brass bowl.
My friend and I take half and half of the fat, put it together with the sauce, and rub it with chopsticks. My saliva is collecting @@/
Personally, I like pork fat, so when I ate it together, it seemed more savory.
But the fat with pork skin is too tough @@/ hahaha
If you see it while eating, throw it away without mercy.
There seems to be a lot of sesame oil in it, so the taste of raw meat seems to have disappeared a lot!
It's a bit sad in my opinion.
Still, I ate it and it was delicious!
Seonji-guk is also refillable, so please come and eat more ^^
