★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 세트 주문(특별 메뉴 + 파스타 각 가격의 합에서 1,000원 차감). 베이컨 로제 파스타와 수비드 돼지목살구이를 주문했다.
베이컨로제파스타는 그냥저냥. 6,900원인가 7,900원인가 했는데 딱 그 정도의 맛과 양이다.
수비드돼지목살은 15,900원인가 했던 것같고, 4시간 수비드한 돼지와 치미추리, 뒥셀이 같이 나온다. 메뉴판 상으로는 뒥셀이라고는 했는데 뒥셀+크림+트러플오일의 조합인 것같다. 치미추리는 뭔가 좀 더 페스토에 비스무리하게 나온다. 뒥셀이나 치미추리나 학교근처 밥집에서 나오기에는 쉽지 않은데 재미있다고 생각했다. 돼지고기의 경우, 단면에서도 보이듯 균일하게 잘 익었고, 육즙도 풍부하다. 다만 고기 두께에 비해 수비드 시간이 부족해서인지 부드럽다는 느낌은 잘 들지 않는다.
전체적으로 대학교 2학년이 1학년에게 밥 사주기 괜찮을 느낌의 식당.
Set order (special menu + pasta 1,000 won deducted from the sum of each price). I ordered bacon rosé pasta and sous vide pork neck.
Bacon Rose Pasta is just okay. I paid 6,900 won or 7,900 won, but the taste and quantity are just that.
Sous vide pork neck seems to cost 15,900 won, and it comes with 4 hours of sous vide pork, chimichurri, and dumsel. On the menu, it said that it was dulcell, but it seems to be a combination of dulcell + cream + truffle oil. Chimichuri comes out a little bit more flaky in pesto. It's not easy to get out of a dulsel or chimichurr or a restaurant near school, but I thought it was fun. In the case of pork, as seen from the cross section, it is cooked evenly and is juicy. However, the sous vide time is insufficient for the thickness of the meat, so it doesn't feel soft.
Overall, a restaurant with a feeling that it would be okay for a sophomore in college to buy a meal for a freshman.
