우선 간단한 갈음평은 음식 좀 하고 건강한 음식을 하는 업소다. 사실 별 4개 반인데 평가가 안되어 4개로 평가했다.
황태구이정식과 보리밥-다녀온지 한 달 정도 되니 보리밥 뭐였던 것 같은데 메뉴명이 정확히 기억 안난다-을 먹었는데 모두 맛있고, 나물들이 모두 맛있다. 간이 세지 않으면서 원재료의 향과 식감이 그대로 살아 있다. 먹고나면 건강하고 맛있는 든든한 한 끼를 먹었다는 뿌듯함이 느껴진다. 주방일을 보시는 여성분이 사찰음식을 배우신게 아닌가 싶다.
쥔장분은 엄청 친절하고, 칠보산 자락이라 공기도 좋다.
접근성은 업소가 소재한 마을에 버스노선이 있고, 경기도건설본부 정거장에서 약간 발품을 팔아도 된다. 업소에 주차장이 있어 자가차량을 이용해도 된다.
호매실에 오실 일이 있으면 한 번 들러 보시길 권한다.
It is a restaurant located under Chilbosan Mountain in Suwon.
First of all, simple Galeumpyeong is a business that does some food and eats healthy. In fact, it was a 4 star class, but it was not rated, so I rated it as 4 stars.
I ate Hwangtae-grilled set meal and barley rice-I think it was barley rice after a month or so, but I don't remember the exact name of the menu. The flavor and texture of the raw materials are still alive without the seasoning. After eating, I feel proud that I ate a healthy, delicious and reliable meal. I think the woman who works in the kitchen is learning temple food.
Junjangbun is very kind, and the air is good because it is at the foot of Mt. Chilbo.
For accessibility, there is a bus route in the village where the business is located, and you can sell some products at the Gyeonggi Construction Headquarters Station. There is a parking lot at the establishment, so you can use your own vehicle.
If you ever come to Homaesil, I recommend you to stop by.
