J	J.H LEE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인제군 용대리 황태마을 안에 위치한 황태요리 전문점. 용대리 황태국은 미시령 및 진부령을 넘어갈 때 꼭 들리는 편으로 매번 큰 도로가에 위치한 어느 한 단골집만 이용하다 지인 추천으로 처음으로 이곳을 방문해 보았다. 아침식사로 황태정식을 주문... 황태국, 황태 및 더덕구이, 그리고 15가지 반찬으로 구성되어 있고 식탁 위를 꽉 채울 정도로 풍성한데 메인인 국, 구이 뿐만 아니라 식탁에 올라온 모든 음식 하나하나가 깜놀스러울 정도로 맛있고 완벽하다. 이곳 사장님이 직접 2시간 이상 푹 끓여 만든 국은 구수한 맛이 깊고 진하며 철판 위에 구워져 나오는 더덕과 황태구이는 과하지 않은 양념으로 깔끔하고 식감이 좋아 따뜻한 밥과 매우 잘 어울린다. 또한 망초대, 고춧잎, 머윗대, 명란젓 등 반찬들은 강원도 맛을 잘 느낄 수 있는 구성으로 되어 있으며 플레이팅도 간결하여 골고루 맛보기 편리한데 모두 간이 세지 않고 정갈한 맛으로 꼭 고급한정식 집에서 식사 하는 듯한 맛과 느낌이다. 결국 아침식사로 밥 두공기 뚝딱, 국물 3번 리필, 반찬 2번 리필... 맛도 맛이지만 서빙하시는 여성 분 너무너무 친절하고 가격도 합리적이며 주차장 넓고 화장실 깨끗함 등 맛집의 모든 덕목을 모든 갖춘 곳이라 생각한다. 용대리 최고 맛집이라고 자평하며 자신있게 추천할 수 있는 곳이다. J	JB Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 속을 달래려 해장하러 찾아간 곳. 멋진 경치아래 자리잡은 식당은 입구부터 고소한 황태국 냄새가 반겨주었고 매우 친절하고 프로다운 서빙직원분이 능수능란하게 안내해주신다. 황태정식을 먹었는데 해장국과 반찬은 리필이 계속 된다. 찐하고 구수한 깊은맛의 황태해장국은 최고의 맛으로 속을 달래주었고 더덕구이와 황태구이 , 반찬 하나하나 짜고 자극적이지 않고 정갈하고 맛있었다. 다음에 또 와야하는 훌륭한 황태음식점이다.
