★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 의사선생님들은 너무 좋습니다. 그것때문에 가는데 접수 여직원때문에 갈 때마다 불쾌합니다.
불친절하고 사무톤, 짜증톤으로 말하며 뭘 물어봐도 미소는커녕 눈길 한번 안주고 말을 하네요. 접수 어떻게 하냐고 물으면 눈짓으로 예약종이에 쓰라는 듯 가르키구요.
아이 점심 안먹였죠? 하길래 깜빡했다고 하니 지난번 접수할 때 오신분 아닌가요? 그때 제가 분명히 말씀드렸을텐데요? 하며 혼내키기도 하네요. 그렇게 중요한 거였으면 예약확인 문자 보낼 때 한줄 같이 적어보낼 수도 있었을텐데.. 갈 때마다 갑질을 당하고 오는 느낌입니다.
의사선생님들은 다 친절한데.. 간호사들도 나름 친절하지만.. 접수가 병원의 첫인상이란걸 알고 교육 좀 시키길 바랍니다. 아니면 이미 교육된 사람으로 바꾸던지.. 자기가 뭐라도 되는양 앉아있는 오만한 그 얼굴 다시 마주치기 싫어 다시 갈까 고민이 됩니다.

Didn't you eat lunch? He said he forgot to do so, so wasn't he the one who came last time to register? I must have told you at that time? And even scold them. If it had been so important, I could have written it down one line when I sent a text message confirming the reservation.. I feel like I'm getting sick every time I go.
All of the doctors and teachers are kind. The nurses are kind, but I hope that the receptionist is the first impression of the hospital, so you can train it. Or change to someone who has already been educated.. I don't want to see that arrogant face that sits as if I can.
