식당 뒤에 직접 기르시는 쌈채소 밭이 있어서 그런지 채소도 싱싱하고 좋네요.
초벌로 익혀서 나오는 고기 위에 부추 듬뿍 올려져 나와 부추 숨 죽으면 바로 먹으면 되네요.
나중에 주시는 숭늉도 구수하고 좋습니다.
