멸치육수와 그리고 수타면 겉절이 소박한 딱 시장맛 칼국수였어요.
빨리 후루룩 먹어야지 아니면 면발이 퍼집니다.
저는 해물을 넣은 담백하고 깔끔한 맛을 좋아하는 취향인데 여긴 면발이 맛있고 겉절이가 정말 맛있었어요.
저렴한 가격에 맛있는 시장 칼국수가 먹고 싶다면 이곳으로^^ 먹고 논산화지시장을 가는게 참 좋더라구요
주차는 주변도 되지만 공영주차장을 추천드립니다.

I visited it because it was delicious noodles in Nonsan.
The anchovy broth and the outer side of the noodles were just market-flavored kalguksu.
Either you have to eat it quickly or the noodles spread.
I like the taste that is light and neat with seafood, but the noodles are delicious and the taste is really good.
If you want to eat delicious market kalguksu at an affordable price, you can eat it here ^ ^
Parking is also possible, but we recommend a public parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 칼국수랑 콩국수 먹고왔습니다. 맛도 양도 괜찮았어요. 면을 직접하시는지 면발식감이 좋네요.
I ate Kalguksu and Kongguksu. Both taste and quantity were okay. The texture of the noodles is good as if you are making the noodles yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 논산시 화지동에 위치한 칼국수 맛집입니다. 스테인레스 대접에 가득 담겨서 쑥갓과 조개를 얹어 나온 뜨거운 칼국수. 반찬은 김치뿐. 그냥 보통의 칼국수 일거라 생각하고 한입 먹어본 순간 반찬도 다른 고명도 필요 없다는 걸 느꼈습니다. 가족들 얼굴을 보니 맛에 대해 모두 만족한 표정을 짓더군요. 걸죽하고 시원한 국물에 쫄깃쫄깃한 면발. 시간이 지나도 국물이 식지 않고 약간 뜨거운 상태가 유지되서 정말 좋았습니다. 지금까지 먹어본 칼국수중 단연 최고, 인생칼국수가 될 것 같습니다. 이 식당을 추천하신 아버지께서도 가족들이 진짜 맛있었다고 해서 무척 좋아하셨습니다. 논산을 방문할 일이 있거나 근처 도시를 지날일이 있다면 꼭 한번 방문해 보시길 추천합니다.
It is a kalguksu restaurant located in Hwaji-dong, Nonsan City. Hot Kalguksu served in a stainless steel bowl topped with mugwort and clams. The only side dish is kimchi. I thought it was just ordinary kalguksu, and as soon as I took a bite, I realized that there was no need for side dishes or other garnishes. When I saw the faces of my family, they all looked satisfied with the taste. Chewy noodles in thick and cool broth. It was really good because the soup didn't cool down over time and stayed a little hot. It is definitely the best kalguksu I have ever eaten, and I think it will be the best kalguksu in my life. My father, who recommended this restaurant, liked it very much because his family said it was really delicious. If you have a chance to visit Nonsan or pass through a nearby city, we recommend you to visit it.

바지락이 조금 들어가있는데 국물맛은 멸치육수인듯 하구요.
집에서 만들어먹는 맛같은데 맛있습니다.
식당 주변에 개울가 산책로도 있네요.
