★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛이 담백하고 깔끔합니다.한방오리백숙을 먹었는데 질좋은 한방재료가 녁넉했고 오리고기의맛을 살렸습니다.
마늘, 명이나물 장아치가 맛깔스러웠고 야채는 신선해서 음식에대한 철칙있는 분이 운영하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 여러가지 종류의 반찬이 제공되지 않지만 딱 필요한 밑반찬 몇가지 입니다.
매장인테리어는 특별한것없는 일반식당모습이지만 오리전문 요리집답게 테이블위에 안정되게 셋팅된 큰 솥은 음식을 먹는중에 안정감을 줍니다.
가격도 비싸지않고
전체적으로 기대 이상 입니다.
The taste is light and neat. I ate Oriental Duck Baeksuk, but the quality herbal ingredients were relaxed and the taste of duck meat was preserved.
Garlic and marinated pickles were delicious, and the vegetables were fresh, so I felt that the people who were conscious about the food were running. Various kinds of side dishes are not provided, but there are some side dishes that are just needed.
The store interior looks like a general restaurant without anything special, but the large pot, which is set on the table as a duck restaurant, gives a sense of stability while eating.
The price is not expensive
Overall, it's above expectations.
