어른들에게 무엇이 드시고 싶으신가 전화로 여쭙자,
아구찜이 드시고 싶답니다.
일전에 포장해서 한번 먹은 곳을 말씀하시어
지도를 켜서 열심히 찾아왔습니다.
물론, 주문은 전화로 미리해두고요~^^
외부에서 봤을때 허름함에 반신반의 하며,
미리 주문해둔 아구찜을 받아왔습니다.
사실, 아구찜은 콩나물과 껍질이 주로 범벅되어
그리 땡기지 않았으나,
막상 포장을 풀러 접시에 담은 순간-
아구찜의 신세계를 경험했습니다.
평소에 먹던것과 다르게 양도 푸짐했고
탱글한 살도 가득차있었습니다.
정말 매콤함이 땡기던 찰나에 어른들의 선택은 정말 탁월했던것 같습니다.
'이게 과연 동네 아구찜인가?'
하는 생각이 들정도로 동네맛집을 다시금 생각해보게
하였네요.
거기에 곁들여 파전과 식혜가 같이 제공됩니다.
입맛없을때 한끼요리로 정말 손색이 없을정도입니다.
다만, 위에서 언급한데로 외관만 다시 손본다면
많은 손님을 끌을꺼라 생각합니다.
내부는 깔끔합니다.
