봄이 되니 아름다운 꽃과 산야초(특히 머위)가 많이 자라고 있었습니다.
부처님 오신날을 위해 연등 달기를 하고 있었습니다~

In spring, beautiful flowers and wild flowers (especially butterbur) grew a lot.
I was doing a lot for the Buddha's coming day ~

자동차로 5분 거리에 교동도 향교가 있어서
가는길에 들렀는데 볼게 너무 없네요

There is Gyodongdo Hyanggyo in 5 minutes by car.
I stopped by on the way, but there is not much to see.

고려때 창건되었다 합니다.
1341년(고려해충왕) 목은 이색이 독서하던곳 이라하네요. 동국여지승람 에 기록되어있다고 합니다.(설명에서 )

화개사 대웅전
인천광역시 강화군 강화읍 갑곶리에 있는 사찰.
종파대한불교조계종창건시기고려소재지인천 강화군 교동면 읍내리 지도
대한불교조계종 직할교구 본사인 조계사의 말사이다. 고려 때 창건되었으며, 한때 고려 삼은(三隱) 중 한 명인 목은(牧隱) 이색(李穡:1328∼1396)이 이 절에 머물며 독서를 즐겼다고 한다. 조선 후기까지의 연혁은 전하는 바가 없다. 1690년대에 이형상(李衡祥)이 지은 《강도지(江都志)》에 절 이름이 나오고, 신경준(申景濬:1712∼1781)이 지은 《가람고(伽藍考)》에는 화정사(火鼎寺)라는 이름으로 나온다.
일제강점기 때 31본산 중 하나인 전등사(傳燈寺)의 말사였다. 1915년 붕괴된 적이 있고, 1928년 3월 정운(晶雲)이 불사(佛事)를 알으켰다고 전한다. 1937년 이후 한때 폐사가 된 적도 있으며, 1967년 불에 타 없어진 것을 이듬해에 중수하여 오늘에 이른다. 건물로는 법당이 있고, 유물로는 옛 절터에 팔각원당형 부도 1기가 있다.

It is the branch of Jogyesa Temple, the head office of the direct parish of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. It was built during the Goryeo Dynasty, and it is said that at one time, Mok-eun (牧隱) and Lee Saek (李穡: 1328-1396), one of the three Goryeo dynasties, stayed in this temple and enjoyed reading. There is no history of the late Joseon Dynasty. The name of the temple appears in “Gangdoji” written by Lee Hyeong-sang in the 1690s, and “Hwajeongsa Temple” in “Garam-go” written by Shin Kyung-jun (1712-1781). comes out by name
It was the last temple of Jeondeungsa Temple, one of the 31 headquarters during the Japanese colonial period. It collapsed in 1915, and it is said that in March 1928, Jeong Woon (晶雲) found out about the Buddha's death. There was a time when it was destroyed after 1937, and it was rebuilt the following year after it was destroyed by fire in 1967, and it is today. As a building, there is a Buddhist temple, and as a relic, there is one octagonal Wondang-type Budo at the site of an old temple.

올라가는 길이 나무가 울창하고 평지 수준이라 산책하기 좋다.
고려때 창건한 곳으로 목은 이색선생이 독서를 했다고 전해진다.
한적한곳에서 시간을 보내고 싶다면 추천한다.
