푸짐한 시골인심을 보여주듯 큰 접시에 영양과 맛이 좋은 자연산 나물 만찬에 깊은 맛이 나는 청국장과 함께 돌솥밥이 나왔다.
배터진다는 말이 나올 정도의 맛있는 돌솥밥 밑에는 두텁게 형성된 누룽지가 맛의 핵심에 쐬기를 박았다.
