일반 가정집을 이용해 식당을 운영하시고 오래된 곳이라 깔끔하고 깨끗하진 않지만 그 나름의 매력이 있는 곳입니다.
간짜장이 맛있다고 했으니 간짜장을 주문했습니다.
요즘은 간짜장 달라하면 그냥 소스만 따로 담아 주는 곳도 여럿 있는데 소스를 전분 없이 제대로 볶아낸 간짜장 맞네요.
달큰하면서도 맛있는 짜장 소스와 잘 삶아진 면 모두 좋습니다.
맛있어서 숫가락으로 남은 소스까지 싹싹 긁어 먹었습니다.
