주문한 메뉴들이 즐겨먹던 음식이 아니라 상대비교는 어렵지만 맵지않게 깔끔하고 은은한 감칠맛과 단맛이 있다. 반쯤 얼린 생태탕과 유사한 맛. 질감이 호불호 갈릴수있는데 점액질이나 콜라겐 느낌과 유사하다.
술이 술술 들어가는 타입이고 막회도 괜찮았다. 가격이 좀 걸리지만 맛과 위치가 괜찮아서 종종 모임용으로 쓸듯함.
p.s 수조 보고나면 정말 그렇게 싱싱해보일수가 없음.
