★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 떡볶이를 샀는데 집에와서 요리하려고 보니 곰팡이가 피어있어서 교환하러 갔습니다. 계산원께서 하신 말씀이 영 불편하게 들렸습니다. " 우리 잘못이 아니고 한성꺼라서..." 라며 말끝을 흐렸는데 참으로 어처구니가 없었습니다.
한성에서 제조했지만 어쨋던 식자재마트에서 팔았으니 소비자한테 미안하다는 말 한마디는 해야 하는게 당연하다고 생각이 들었는데 그 직원은 끝까지 미안하다는 말을 안했습니다.
요리를 하다말고 교환하러 갔는데, 곰팡이가 피도록 관리잘못이 식자재마트에 있는 것이지 그걸 모르고 구입한 제 잘못이거나 제조사가 잘못인양 말하는 그 직원을 보면서 앞으로는 되도록이면 발길을 끊어야겠다고 생각했습니다. 물론 그 직원도 곰팡이가 핀걸 몰랐겠지만 그래도 소비자한테 미안하다는 말 한마디면 괜찮을텐데 끝까지 미안하다는 말을 만 하더군요~
참 씁쓸했네요~

Although it was manufactured in Hanseong, it was sold at a food mart anyway, so I thought it was natural to say sorry to the consumer, but the employee did not say he was sorry until the end.
I went to exchange it while I was cooking, but seeing the employee who said that it was my fault for not knowing that the mismanagement was at the grocery store so that mold could grow, or that the manufacturer was wrong, I thought that I should stop as much as possible in the future. Of course, the employee didn't know that the mold had grown, but it would be fine if he said he was sorry to the consumer, but he said he was sorry until the end.
It was so sad
