C	Carlos Andres Palacio Mesa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good hotel to spend the mandatory quarantine. The only problem they have is the internet connection, since its very slow and also it falls repeatedly.

They have a schedule for quarantine people and provide it as per schedule. I am Muslim and I eat only halal food. I think hotel should arrange food for us from outside.

It was almost comparable to 5stars rated hotel in famous tourist cities. The room was quite simple, but had all the necessities I needed. It's a bit out dated, but very cozy in general. Only the gripe for me was the carpet which really hurt my asthma, but it's only personal matter. I would highly recommend this hotel for any overseas visitors as it's situated at the center of Seoul, and a 5~10minute walk from Myeongdong.

I would recommend that they at least provide washing powder and some cleaning materials seeing as I was responsible for the room for 2 weeks. No person should have to wipe surfaces and dust with their own cloth and tissues.
S	Sayeed Rezaul Haque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Skypark Dongdaemun I is good. But I was here for self-quarantine. They provided three-time meals every day. The meal is good. But their only alternative of fixed menu meal is a salad. Also, they don't have any halal food. It will be hard for Muslim people to stay because the maximum of the meals is pork meal. Staffs are good and they understand and can speak English.
A	Ana Clariza Briones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at Skypark Dongdaemun for the 14-day mandatory quarantine. The room was comfortable enough, with its soft bed and clean bathroom. I was provided enough towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for the duration of the quarantine. Lady at the reception was friendly, accommodating, and spoke english well. However, one downside was the intermittent internet connection. Had to purchase an eSim to be able to attend my online classes since their internet was that bad.

I remember the first time when I came to Korea, Skypark was the place that gave me good experiences to help me relax more during the plane ride. Almost everything here has no bad points. From the modern technology equipment in the room as well as the people here. Staff always greet guests with a positive attitude and warm smile. Despite language differences, they try very hard to understand the needs of their customers. I can't believe in the middle of the night i was so hungry and craving for instant noodles. You know what, in the lobby there is someone who can help us with boiled water without any discomfort. I was there and walking around the city, the receptionist was very attentive and advised me to bring an umbrella because it might rain. And yes it does rain. Here very close to malls and big markets, food shops and night market full of clothes. All are very nice plus points for skypark. I hope to have the opportunity to come back here soon.?
