★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big hotel located in hot spring area of Dongnae. We were attending a wedding, but it looked like lots to do in the area. My special compliments to the hotel employees. A team of professional staff are ready to offer their expertise. The staff are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot vouch for the rooms as I have not stayed in this hotel. However, the hotel keeps itself relevant through other means. The hotel spa / bathhouse is second to none in terms of baths available, even better than Spa Land in Shinsaegae Department Store. It might not be as new, but the age has added a bit of character to the place. If you stay here, do not miss it. There is also a German brewery located in the hotel as well that is worth a stop for some entertainment if you are passing through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel had a good location, for sure. Subway is super easy to take. I did not use the hotel restraunts or coffee shop but they looked very inviting. We found the experience to be thoroughly enjoyable from the time we set foot in the hotel till we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good size room with large comfortable bed. Soft and warm and clean white linen. Endless supply of hot water. No tea and coffee in the room. No toothpaste either. But great restaurants and fantastic room service for those who want to splurge. Most guests will probably go out for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved Busan and really enjoyed this hotel. Within walking distance to the downtown market. Queen bed which was very comfy. Building connected to the hotel provides hot spring center. WiFi was always reliable. The garden at the front is a nice change of pace. Price was very reasonable for all you got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price of the hotel is reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean with fully equipped cab TV, fridge, wifi. The staff spoke excellent English. There is a discount for hotel guests to use the spa facility. It's attached by a walkway and super convenient to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful arrangement! There were a lot of desserts, sushis, breads, risotto, fresh fruits, cookies, salads, soups, coffees, even hot milk and other different items. I liked their various fried items most and also the desserts, ha ha ? one thing I didn’t like about the place was you have to order a full pasta or some soups first and they will make it for you within three to five minutes. I mean when we go for buffet, we don't want to stuff ourselves with a full seving, rather we'd like a small amount to try all the items. The staffs were nice and well behaved.

?My comments three weeks earlier when I had stayed for 2 nights.
Stayed for 11 nights from end May to early Jun. Found the staff to be very stuck up and refusing to entertain any request of ours. No tea in the rooms. Even after requesting they could not manage. Breakfast menu was the same for all days. Even the salad, fruits, preparations etc don't change. Approached the manager but he said food menu is season wise! Very prompt in charging extras even for an extra bottle of water. House keeping very basic, rooms cleaning is limited to bathroom and sheets. No other rearranging is done. No effort by the Manager to meet me even after leaving a message. Restaurant and Coffee shop close at 2130! No food available thereafter. We were asked to vacate coffee shop at 2145 even though we hadn't finished the food. Overall a below average experience during this visit. Hotel not suitable for International guests. Appears that the staff and managers prefer locals. Language is a barrier but then the staff needs to be trained for requirements of foreign nationals. Not recommended for long stay. If visiting please keep your expectations low.
