여주 고향친구가 운영하는 대광회(일식)집! 밴드모임에 처음으로 제가 방장이 되어서 예약을 잡은곳 입니다. 친구에게 압력을 행사하여 인당 2만원에 회와 여러가지 요리에 덤으로 알콜도 푸짐하게 마시고 왔습니다^^ 친구덕에 밴드모임 회원분들이 가성ㆍ가심비 만땅이었다는 소리를 들어서 기분이 좋았습니다! 처음 참석한 친구가 양주 미니어쳐를 준비해주셔서 제가 준비한 선물을 포함해 게임을 재미있게 하면서 많은분들께 골고루 나눠줬네요. 참! 대광회 쥔장님은 서울 마포 제주집ㆍ성북동 참치ㆍ압구정 횟집등 칼잡은지 20년이 넘었네요^^ 특히 여주에서 유일?하게 선어회(바로 잡아서 숙성)집을 운영해서 회가 부드러운(개인적인 생각)게 특징인듯 합니다. 보통 한국분들은 활어회를 좋아하시는데에 반해서 식감이 안좋을수 있지만 좋아하시는 분들은 선어회를 고집하는 이유가 있겠지요^^ 색다른 경험을 하고싶으신 분들은 꼭 한번 들려봐주세요!
