★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 솔직히 그냥그래요,,, 맛집 이라는 생각은 안들어욤
돼지는 어떤지 모르겠지만 소는 일단 그랬서용
육회는 고기는 괜찮았고 양념이 조금 세요.
비빔냉면은 무난하게 괜찮았고, 된장라면은 제일 별로얐어요 간이 너무 심심하고 양도 그렇고.
반대로 공기밥에 나오는 된장은 간이 셌어요! 섞으면 딱 좋을듯...
밑반찬은 딱 기본으로 나와요. 식당내부는 넓었고요, 딱히 재방문은 안할것 같아요

Bibim naengmyeon was okay, and the miso ramen was the best.

The side dishes are just the basics. The inside of the restaurant was wide, and I don't think I will ever visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전체적인 소감을 말씀드리자면 여기 진주의 숨은 맛집입니다. 식사 준비부터 마무리까지 완벽한 식당입니다. 돼지갈비가 초벌이 되어 나옵니다. 반찬도 상추, 깻잎, 겉절이, 양파간장소스, 샐러드, 쌈무, 마늘, 쌈장, 도토리묵 등 고기집에서 나올 수 있는 반찬은 다나오네요. 요즘 양파간장소스 나오면 겉절이가 안나온다든지, 쌈이 안나오는 절감형 정책을 쓰는 것에 비해 놀랐습니다. 서비스로 나온 돼지껍질도 아주 쫄깃쫄깃하게 맛납니다. 초벌구이되어 나온 갈비의 양이 많고 비계없는 두툼한 고기들로만 되어있어 있습니다. 국산갈비 200g에 만원이라는 가격에 놀라고 달콤하고 찐찐한 갈비맛에 감동입니다. 초벌구이되어 나와서 그런지 몰라도 숫불위에서 빨리 타버리는 일이 없습니다. 일하시는 이모님들이 얼마나 친절하고 빨리 챙겨주시는지 ~ 사장님~ 이모님들 월급 만힝 주세요. ^^

There are also side dishes that can be found in meat restaurants such as lettuce, sesame leaves, top jeolli, onion soy sauce, salad, ssam radish, garlic, ssamjang, and acorn jelly. These days, I was surprised by the fact that when the onion soy sauce comes out, the top jeokjeol won't come out or the cheaper policy is used. The pork skin served as a service is also very chewy. There is a large amount of unglazed ribs, and it is only made of thick meat without any fat. I am surprised at the price of 10,000 won for 200g of domestic ribs, and I am impressed by the sweet and steamy taste of ribs. It may be because it has been unglazed, but it does not burn quickly over a fire. How kindly and quickly the aunts who work are taking care of me ~ Boss~ Please pay me for my aunts' salary. ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was delicious with many kinds of salads for wrapping the meat. We had the marinated pork kalbi. The place was very crowded when we were there an it took some time to get what we ordered. We had to ask 6 times for more water before we finally got some. The air ventilation could be better.
