복사실패로 왔다갔다하면서 시간만낭비하다가 5번만에 겨우 다른가게가서 해온다고 1시간 넘게 기다리게하고, 다른가게에서 해온걸로 겨우 성공함. 열쇠복사1개 하는데에 총5시간정도 소요함.
그날 시간낭비로 일정에 차질이생겨 여기저기서 욕을먹음.
첫방문시 전화통화한다고 20분 기다리게하시고
