그집마다 쓰는특유의 장맛들이있지만,여기는 깔끔한 맛?! 특출나지도 그렇다고 맛이 없지도 않은 장칼입니다.점심시간이여서 사람이 많았나?여튼 특이한 맛은 아니였고 그렇다고 맛이 없지도 않아서 기억이 남네요
I've been to all over the place for Jang Kalguksu.
Each house has its own unique soy sauce, but this one has a clean taste?! It is a long knife that is neither exceptional nor tasteless. Was it crowded at lunch time? Anyway, it was not unusual, and it was not without taste, so I remember it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음엔 그냥 평범한 칼국수다했는데 먹을수록 국물이 끝내줘요~ 반찬으로 나온 무생채도 맛있어요!
At first, it was just plain kalguksu, but the more I eat it, the better the soup is~ The radish vegetables as a side dish are also delicious!

국물은 맛있는데 면은 슴슴한 느낌
오히려 밥말아먹는걸 추천 드림
만두는 피가 두껍고 속이 좀 적은 느낌
하지만 또 만두국은 김치랑 먹으니 적당함
뭔가 애매한 집

The soup is delicious, but the noodles are soft.
Rather, I recommend eating it without rice.
Dumplings are thick in blood and feel a little hollow.
But again, dumpling soup is suitable to eat with kimchi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있다. 한마디로 초심을 잃지않고 유지해오는맛이다. 다는곳과는 다르게 맛이나 서비스도 좋다. 시간되면 와서 먹어봐야하는 장칼국수. ^-^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 장칼국수 생각하고 갔는데 떡만두국이 의외로 떡국떡 얇고 맛있었음. 다 맛있었음. 다만 한시 반 넘어갔는데도.. 자리가 다섯 곳 이상이 났음에도.. 자리치운다고 3분 넘게 서서 있어서 접객에 부족하시다고 느낍니다
I was thinking of Jangkalguksu, but the dumpling soup was surprisingly thin and delicious. Everything was delicious. However, even though it was past half an hour.. Even though there were more than five seats available.. I felt that there was not enough customer service because I stood for more than 3 minutes to remove the seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 간도 적절하고 맛있다. 매운맛으로 하면 고추가루 한 스푼이 추가된다. 반찬 코너에 고추가 또 있던 것으로 기억하는데 이를 활용하여 추가로 매운 정도 조절이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.
The seasoning is just right and delicious. If you make it spicy, one tablespoon of chili powder is added. I remember that there was another red pepper in the side dish corner, and I think it will be possible to further adjust the spiciness by using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never had 강릉 장 칼국수 so it was a new experience. I don't love 칼국수 I find it bland, but the red pepper paste in the broth gave the dish a necessary kick. I would have this again.
