수육은 양이 작고 비싸지만 맛있음~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다른 설렁탕집에 비해 가격이 좀 저렴하고, 고기도 나름 넉넉히 넣어주고 해서 기사님들이 많이 가던 식당이다.
요즘은 설렁탕 보통은 고기를 국물에 넣었다가 뺀 상태로 나오기에 특 주문해서 먹어야 고기국 먹었다는 느낌이 난다.
이집 고기는 어느부위인지 모르겠으나, 힘줄 상태보아서는 아롱사태 아니면 부채살 같아보인다. 근데 부채살은 수육으로는 안쓰는데 내 입맛에는 부채살 같다 ㅎㅎ. 내가 줘도 안먹는 소 부위가 부채살.
여하간 얇게 썰어서 먹을만하다.
양지머리라도 넣을라치면 15천원은 기본이다.
국물은 다른 첨가제를 거의 안넣은듯. 그래서 감칠맛이 약하다. 미원을 좀 넣어주시지 ㅎㅎ. 조미료 안넣고 이정도 감칠맛을 낸다면 먹을만한 음식이다.
사리추가는 공짜.
김치는 뉴슈가를 좀 넣으셨는지 약간 달달.
5월부터 가격인상한댄다 ㅠㅠ

I don't know which part of this house's meat is, but looking at the tendon condition, it looks like an avalanche or fan meat. But, I don't use the pork belly as beef broth, but it looks like a pork belly to my taste. The part of the cow that I don't eat even if I give it to you is the scallop.
It is edible by slicing it thinly anyway.
If you add even brisket, the basic price is 15 thousand won.
The soup seems to have almost no other additives. So the taste is weak. Please put some Miwon in it haha. If you don't add any seasoning and give it this umami taste, it's a good food to eat.
The sari is free.
The kimchi is a little sweet because you have added some new sugar.
The price is going up from May.
