★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the cheese dakgalbi 13000₩ (per person) the cheese filled tteokbokki (2000₩ add on) which was AMAZING! The spice level is pretty high so if you can’t handle spicy foods ask only for a little bit (after all it is spicy stir fried chicken). The chicken comes with vegetables like cabbage, potato, green onion, white onion, and some regular tteokbokki. We added the extra ones because they were filled with cheese, YUM! Our server was in training and was very kind and also had help from another server! They were fast, kind, and responsive to our needs! It is a bit hidden but there were a lot of signs to direct you once in the alley. And of course, you get several side dishes: radish, shredded cabbage salad, spicy lettuce, and soup. Menu is in English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place on google for Dakgalbi and it was amazing!! You can choose between 2 different dakgalbi, as well as the spicy ness level. We got level 1 and we felt it was good enough.
The place is located on the 2nd floor so do look out for it. The staff are really friendly and can speak English or Chinese.
If you are looking for a good Dakgalbi, head over here. Totally recommended!

-Hongdae Dakgalbi is a Chuncheon based classic.
-Lucky for us, we can eat it in Hongdae.
-They open at 11am & located on the 2nd floor.
-It's a run-down spot, but just the kind of place my wife & I enjoy eating at.
-Service was decent, English speaking too.
-The food was outstanding.
-Each chicken stirfry is ₩11000 /person.
-We ordered rice cakes for an extra ₩2000.
-The chicken comes precooked to save time on cooking in front of you.
-You can order 4 levels of spice, we had level 3 which was perfect.
Overall, this is a great food to eat as a couple or small group & doesn't cost much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come here because of the fave Google reviews it had. The food were great and comparable to Yoogane Dalgakbi. Price is little on the high side but the service make up for it.
One star off because we ordered the cheese version but were served without cheese. Didn’t realise this until one of my patrons asked where’s the cheese? Anyway they compensated with a drink off the menu.
Will I be back? Not sure. But the food is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really the best place to eat dalgalbi in Hongdae. The tase is so delicious. Really love every bit of the chicken. The tteok is really complement the chicken when it's cooked. Perfectly well blended, especially if you really love tteokbokki like me ? the price is reasonable. The ambience is very nice. The staff are very nice and friendly. They can speak English, so no worries for foreigners who want to eat here. In term of location, it's easy to reach. When you search 신미경 닭갈비 (Sinmigyeong Dakgalbi) or Hondage Dakgalbi you will find it right away. The full address is 서울시 마포구 서교동 364-22 번지 1증 (Seoul-si, Mapo-gu, Seogyu-dong, 364-22).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was very good. Even the not spicy version had just a little kick to it. It was very pleasant and not overwhelming at all even if you don't like spicy food. The staff was great and spoke perfect English. Nice atmosphere. Price was good. My one complaint is that there wasn't enough meat. There was very little chicken in it but still good. We ordered a side of rice and mixed it in which I would recommend trying.
