★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi they serve aren't extravagant, but the sushi chef knows what it takes to make a good piece of sushi. First: perfectly cooked, perfectly vinegared sushi rice. Second: holding and shaping the sushi rice so that it's neither dense nor fluffy, to give a good balance of taste and texture. This is the basics to making a good sushi, yet it's overlooked even by some of the most decorated sushi restaurants in Seoul. So, hats off to Homulang's sushi chef.
Other than sushi, though, everything else was pretty much mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy the dining experience at Homuran. No-frills, simple, high quality Japanese food done right. All the rolls are excellent (especially sweet shrimp and uni), the service is attentive, and the ambiance is relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can enjoy various types of Japanese food. Like rolls, sashimi, sushi, and udon. The price is a little high, but the taste is also excellent to match. And the service is very nice. The whole place is quiet, so you can enjoy you're meal with your company comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve got Donkatsu, udon, soba. Overall, this is not a spot. I couldn’t find any specialty here. It tastes bland, boring. You can get extremely average experiences of franchise for what you pay. You will be much disappointed in terms of quality-price ratio.
