손님이 항상 넘쳐 나네요.
다. 이유가 있겠죠?
사람의 입맛은 다 다르지만 제 입맛에는 매운탕이 약간 싱거웠어요.
조금 싱거운게 더 좋은가?

기생충으로 횟감을 조금 꺼려하지만 단체로 가는데 불편하게 만들수는 없죠 ㅡ,ㅡ;
몰래 구충제를 챙겨서 일단 방문했습니다 ㅎㅎ
맛은 반신반의하면서 들어가서 송어회랑 송어튀김을 주문하였습니다.
우선 송어회부터 나오길래 서빙해주시는분에게 어떻게 먹어야 맛있게 먹을수 있냐고 여쭤보니
"우선 채소를 개인 대접에 일정량을 덜고, 마늘기름장이랑 콩가루(첨드시는분은 콩가루를 조금만 넣으래요 많이 넣으면 텁텁할수 있다고...)를 넣고 와사비도 조금 넣으시고, 송어회를 덜어서 마지막으로 초장을 넣어 비벼서 먹으면 됩니다"라고 추천 해주셨어요.
그래서 가르쳐 주시는 방법으로 세팅하고 먹어보니 오~ 송어회가 입안에서 살살 녹으면서 마늘장의 알싸함과 콩가루의 고소함, 초장의 새콤달콤함이 갖은 채소들과 잘 어울려진 맛을 느낄수 있었어요
맛있게 송어회를 먹다보니, 송어튀김이 나와요
송어튀김은 갓 튀긴 송어를 마늘간장 소스에 찍어서 먹으면 그대로 맛있더군요
역시 튀김은 갓 튀기자마자 먹어줘야해요^^
저는 메인 요리만 먹다보니 다른 밑반찬들은 먹지도 않았어요.
7명이 가서 2테이블로 앉은 바람에 테이블당 송어회 2인분, 송어튀김 2인분씩 시켰더니 배가 부르더군요 ㅡ,ㅡ
뒤에 밥을 2인분 시켰더니 매운탕을 테이블당 하나씩 주길래, 매운탕을 먹어보니 제 기준에 조금 짜워서 아쉬웠지만 맛은 있었습니다.
메인요리가 많아서 배만 부르지 않았어도 밥 먹었을텐데 못 먹고 나왔어요.
밥 먹고 나와서 가계 바로 옆 송어양식장 구경하고 나왔었네요
가보시면 괜찮을것 같아요

This is a trout restaurant visited by acquaintances.

I took an insect repellent and visited it once.
The taste was dubious, and I ordered trout cloister and deep-fried trout.
First of all, since I came out from the trout society, I asked the serving person how to eat to eat deliciously.
"First, put a certain amount of vegetables into a private treat, add garlic oil and soybean flour (if you like it, add a little soybean flour. Put it in and rub it and eat it."
So when I set it up and ate it as a way to teach it, I was able to feel the taste that goes well with the vegetables that the trout sashimi melts gently in my mouth, the savory taste of garlic paste, the savory taste of soybean flour, and the sweet and sour taste of chojang.
After eating trout sashimi, the trout is fried
Deep-fried trout is delicious when you eat freshly fried trout with garlic soy sauce
After all, the tempura should be eaten as soon as it is freshly fried^^
I ate only the main dish, so I didn't eat any other side dishes.
As 7 people went and sat at 2 tables, I ordered 2 servings of trout sashimi and 2 servings of trout per table.
After having two servings of rice, I would like to give one spicy soup per table, and when I ate the spicy soup, it was a bit salty to my standards, but it was delicious.
I had a lot of main dishes, so I would have eaten even if I hadn't only hungry.
After eating, I went out to visit a trout farm right next to the household.
I think it will be okay if you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 송어가 싱싱하고 맛있음 야채도 싱싱하고 초장이랑 같이 비벼 먹으면 최고.........모전동에도 송정 송어장 있는 걸로 알아요 매번 송어 먹으로 주기적으로 문경 오는 중..대신 매운탕 칼칼한 맛이 좀 부족 칼칼한 맛이 생기면 좋을 거 같아요
The trout is fresh and delicious. The vegetables are also fresh and it is best if you mix it with chojang.... I think it would be nice if it tasted good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 송어회도 맛있었지만 튀김이 너무 맛있었어요..!!! 매운탕은 미나리 때문에 향이 호불호 갈릴 수 있어요
The trout sashimi was also delicious, but the tempura was so delicious..!!! Because of the water parsley, the flavor of the spicy soup can be different.
