★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 세무사가 자신의 설명을 제대로 못알아듣는다는 이유로 고객을 무시하고, 상담 도중 다른 사람과 통화하는 무례함을 저질러놓고도 죄송하다는 말도 없었습니다...제 돈을 내고 값을 지불하고 상담 받는데 기분만 상했고, 이렇게 정말 불친절한 곳은 처음입니다.
 I didn't say that I was sorry for neglecting customers because of the fact that the tax accountant did not understand his explanation and committing rudeness to talk to another person during the consultation ... It's the first time I've ever been so unkind.
