곱창과 막창을 팔고 있는데, 저는 막장을 먹었습니다.
불막창 11,000원
맵기는 불닭볶음면 정도의 맵기였어요.
소금막창 11,000원
보기에는 매우 말라보이는데도 씹으면 야들야들 했습니다.
막창은 종종 질긴곳이 있는데 이곳은 적당히 질김이 있고 아주 맛있었습니다.
재 방문의사 ?당연히 있습니다.
막창을 먹다가 1/3정도 먹으면 볶음밥을 주문해 주세요
복음밥3,000원
같이 먹으면 더 맛있습니다.
라면 3,000원인데 저렴하고 맛도 있습니다.
?다음 번엔 곱창을 먹고 후기 남길게요.
두 번째 방문도 막창을 먹었습니다. 양념 막창을 먹었는데 불막창이랑 맛은 비슷하며 맵지는 않았습니다. 매운 걸 좋아하는 편이라 저는 불막창이 더 맛있었습니다. 다만 조금 많이 맵다는 점 유의하시길 바랍니다. 첫번째 갔을 때보단 맛이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

The second visit also had a shovel. I ate the seasoning spear, but the taste was similar to the fire spear and it was not spicy. I like spicy food, so I enjoyed the fire spear. Please note that it is a bit spicy. It tasted a bit disappointing than when I first went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 막창이랑 곱창 먹으면 항상 조금씩은 남겼는데, 여긴 다 먹었다. 지나치게 느끼하거나 하지 않아서 좋았다.
When I eat makchang and giblets, I always have a little left over, but I ate all of them here. It was good that I didn't feel too much or too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 회기에 오랜만에 방문했는데 분위기 좋은 곱창집을 들린듯하다. 데리야키막창과 야채곱창이 베스트 메뉴라하여 그것으로 시켜보았다. 곱창은 다른집대비 너무맵거나 그러진않은 평균 이상의 맛이고 특이하게 볶음밥이 한 판에 나온다는 것이 새롭다. 문제는 데리아키 막창인데. 첫 맛은 달큰하고 불맛이 나는 데리야키 양념에 막창도 잘 구워져서 겁나 맛이 있었다. 다만 먹으면 먹을수록 그 단맛이 과하게 다가오며 다소 물리는 맛으로 변한다는게 단점인듯하다. 이왕이면 매콤한 불막창 또는 야채곱창과 함께 먹는것이 더 좋아보인다.

Gopchang tastes more than average, not too spicy compared to other restaurants, and it is unusually new that fried rice is served on one plate. The problem is Teraki's rush. The first taste was sweet and sour, and the teriyaki seasoning was well baked, so it was very tasty. However, it seems to be a disadvantage that the more you eat, the more the sweetness approaches and turns into a bitter taste. If you are a king, it looks better to eat with spicy bulgochang or vegetable giblets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있다. 밑반찬으로 주는 미역국이 맛있다. 같은 동네의 홍곱창 본점과 비교했을 때 가게 좌석이 조금 더 넓찍하고 가게 소리가 조용해서 좋았다. 맛은 거의 똑같았다. 다음에 간다면 홍곱창 보다는 여기로 갈 생각이다. 단 한가지 걸리는 점은 알루미늄 호일에 곱창,막창을 내어 준다는 것이다.

참기름 맛이 너무 강하였다.
순대에서 약간 쉰내 같은게 느껴졌다.
다른 종류는 모르겠으나 지극히 평범하였다.
I had the vegetable giblets and sundae giblets.
The taste of sesame oil was too strong.
I felt a little hoarse in the sundae.
I don't know about other types, but it was very common.

맛 : 맛있다! 비린내도 안 나고 볶음밥까지 양도 꽤나 많고 좋음. 다만 어어어엄청 특별한 맛까지는 아님 조리해서 나오기 때문에 바로 먹을 수 있는 점이 좋았음 가격도 나름 저렴한 편이라고 생각함
분위기 : 실내가 좀 좁고 테이블이 많아서 엄청 편안한 느낌은 아님...! 사람도 많음? 그래도 깔끔하게 되어있긴 함
