★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 매우 붉은 색의 외관이라 눈에 띄긴 합니다. 그렇다고 좋은 외관은 또 아닙니다. 화장실 하수구 냄새가 계단에서 너무 납니다. 좋지 않은 빌딩입니다.
It is very red in color and stands out. That doesn't mean it looks good. The toilet drain smells too much from the stairs. This is a bad building.

옥상에 달리기 트랙(아스콘재질)이 있으며 2015년 12월에 지하1층 새마을 피트니스가 입주해서 더 좋아지겠네요.
출입구가 양쪽에 있어서 건물로 들어오는건 쉽지만 엘레베이터는 한 쪽에만 있습니다.
It is easy to find with red building.
There is a running track (ascon material) on the rooftop, and in December 2015, Saemaul Fitness in the basement of the first floor will be better.
S easy entrance to the building is coming in both elevators is only one side.
