★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful skii resort complete with free luggage deposit service, coin operated laundry room, convenient shops, outdoor hot pool, minimally equipped kitchenette. Cable TV is only entrainment other than games arcade which come at very low cost? A gift shop or other retail outlet will be great. Do note that outdoor water park can be closed during winter. Check with the resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just enjoyed another skiing holiday with the high1 Hotel. The staff were excellent, the hotel first class. The ski was excellent so well organised, the food and drinks superb.The skiing was really good fun and the hotel is First class. Have recommended to many friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to ski and had great fun. But may be a little crowded and food choices are limited. Recommended that you cook and buy groceries from the super marts. The super marts have a good variety of things to buy, but will need to cook so be prepared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good resort. I stayed at the Condo A, and it was not bad. However, it was very far away from Seoul, and the shortest way to get there from Seoul was more than 3 hours. The room was fantastic on first look, but when you look more on the little areas that not a lot of people notice, it doesn't look too good. Behind the TV was very dusty, but a OK room.
The slopes were amazing. But I found out one of the slopes I wanted to try out (AT1)"Disappeared" according to one staff. He/she wasn't joking. For beginners, I suggest AT3.
Dining is quite expensive in the grand hotel. if you are in a budget, it is best for you to eat at valley station. there is a cafeteria they have on mountain hub.
All of this above, I chose 3 stars
